    Let me in!! This is the virtual studio at FOQ. it only opens tomorrow but they were getting the fabrics ready today, think dyed heaven. I wanna be there!! Other highlights include Kaffe Fassett knitting peacefully at The Cotton Patch stand and scoring an obscurish book from the Quiltmania stand. Un coup de foudre.

    Stop the clocks. Go to the Festival if only to see this quilt. Well, piece of art. It’s tucked away in the far corner by quilt creations (why? Why?) and is unbelievable. Go and see it. Really. It’s by a lady called Kate Crossley and is up for sale!!! Sadly I don’t have cash but…

    Just finished my workshop and have made two groovy flowers with the aim of ending up with a (wearable) necklace like the one at the bottom. Here’s hoping. As you can see I’ve gone off piste and used my own buttons and some of the lovely hand dyed felt I’ve just bought from Oliver Twist.…
