I couldn’t resist re-blogging this post from way back in 2011. My craft corner has now grown and as taking over the entire room and is spilling out into the house. Oh dear, perhaps it is time to apply some weed killer?
Finally I’ve done it! I’ve got a stitchy corner with all my pretties on show… Want a peek?!
I got the dresser from eBay and the rest is repurposed from elsewhere in the house or my stash. The big dresser drawers are full of yarn!!!!
The yellow vintage Brio box is 50 years old and was my brother’s. Im storing UFOs in it The big knitting needle jar is a very 70’s vase from my childhood. I’ve got my thread drawers on show but also stuffed full of my sewing equipment. The smaller Coats drawers now house my circular needles and crochet hooks. And all my buttons, ribbon and floss are in the jam jars.
You like? Any suggestions??
It’s a work in progress but I’m thrilled! Just need to do my office space now…
