    So, these mince pies look a little ahem, rustic, but they were an experiment. And, they taste alright. And Father Christmas isn’t fussy in our house. What experiment? I added chopped apple, clementine and zest to shop mincemeat plus a smudge of lebkuchen spices – yum! And the house now smells proper Christmassy. Enjoy tomorrow…
