Who needs a sleeping bag anyway?!
To Devon, to a friends house Near Salcombe. We camped. We had fairy lights but no sleeping bags. Practicality stitch style. But, even though other half was woken by a frog tapping him on the head It was such a beautiful place. I took some pictures for you. Happy bank holiday weekend.
A day at the beach. Just me and the boys. Lots of sand, sea and salt. Then the bus ride home and playing with bubbles. I won’t lie, there were some hairy moments but overall it was lovely. The boys had a blast, got completely filthy and played really well together. Result.
Road trip Devon stylee
A long day…we are driving back home after a day that took us from Brixham to Dartmouth to Salcombe via some seriously twisty road, CBeebies’ Mr Tumble’s house, beautiful scenery, sandy picnics and extortionate kids’ menu harumphs. I went for landscapes to snap as you can see. Balm to the soul.
Moody photo snap
Taken en route to Salcombe. Even the rain looks good round here.
Messing about on the river
To Salcombe for a night away from the boys and time with the buoys instead. Pootling down the Dart and catching waves out at sea. My first time on Other Half’s new hobby. I forgot my exploded loo, the parkinsons and workload. Marvellous. Look, here’s a taster.
