So, what am I doing on such a freezing night i ask myself? I’m in my kitchen, warming myself by the cooker. It is Elders Christmas fair tomorrow and I’m making cakes.

Banana and apple cakes with sunflower seeds and brown sugar on top. They are actually really quite good! A basic Victoria sponge recipe with vanilla extract and mashed banana and chopped apple. Et voilà!
