All this talk of Halloween (partyspanner’s fab blog in particular) made me reminisce about Elders party when he was 3. I found some pics on my phone – here are some of them. I made ‘mummy dogs’ from frankfurters and pastry strips with mustard dots for eyes. And a jelly cat sitting in wormy green slime. They loved it. Not sure about what to do this year. Spider cakes maybe? What are you doing?

    Very inspiring, the table spread looks fab.
    Ive been wanting to do Somthing but not sure what and my 3 year olds best friend is Christian and dosnt do Hallowen so if feel a tad mean doing something without her.
    But I’m desperate to have my kids dress up and have a bit of a do!
    Hmmm shall give some further thought to this….
