Reader, I lay awake for 2 hours last night/ this morning thinking, amongst other thoughts of what I could blog today. I came up with loads of stuff, I really did. Sadly I can’t remember a thing. Not a sausage. Sorry. So instead I’ll go Beat and ramble awhile.
I am flush from a new charity shop find. A lovely walnut chest of drawers with brass handles possibly Edwardian. It is destined to solve all my clothes storage problems – no pressure. Above is a detail picture. I know, Rankin is feeling rather threatened by my talent.
In other news my sewing swap is progressing and I’m desperate to post a picture but it must remain a secret a little while longer. There’s a lot to do between now and Friday. I love a deadline.
Finally, I’m off to Cardiff for work and today is St David’s day so I am hoping to see giant leeks and dragons roaming the streets or is that the sleep deprivation talking?
