    Funny that it’s a Parkin recipe! The TROUBLE my mum had trying to create the perfect Parkin for my dad (a Yorkshireman, home of parkin). I think she gave up in the end…

      Parkin appears 3 times in total so it was either a favourite or a little devil to get right!! Just found our family Christmas stuffing recipe – the original – we have it every year. I’m framing it…
