So, we are back from a seaside sojourn – rain stopped play. I needed a quick boost so here’s my remedy – a flowery button hole. Very quick to make. Take a length of lace or ribbon or both, running stitch along one side, gather and fasten off, then top with a button. I added some beads just because they were there. Then a sewed a very glamourously safety pin on the back…
And we’re done.
A little thing, but cheery on a rainy day, eh?
