Stitch This

Today has been one of those days when you begin to question whether karma is having a larf. I can’t bear to go into detail but it involved tantrums, impossibly tight car parking spaces, cancelled playdates, emergency dashes to doctors and the entire linen cupboard deciding to jump out to greet me. Nice. Suffice to say I’m thrilled I have got to wine o’clock in one piece and everyone safe.

I don’t have the energy to do anything difficult so I’ve resurrected this ‘flat’ circle cushion cover which quite typically is refusing to be in anyway flat. It seems appropriate for today somehow. One day in about a year’s time, I’ll make a pleated circular cushion cover outo f it. It’s all planned. Unlike today.
